Dr. Rebecca Patterson

Dr. Becky attended York University in Toronto, Ontario, graduating Summa Cum Laude in Kinesiology and Health Sciences in 2005. She later attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009. Dr. Becky earned her certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario in 2009.
As a teen and young adult, Dr. Becky trained professionally as a ballet and contemporary dancer with the Canadian Children’s Dance Theatre in Toronto, Ontario and later the Professional Program of Contemporary Dance in Winnipeg, Manitoba where she enjoyed training and performing locally and touring nationally. She is passionate about treating dancers and athletes of all ages carrying her understanding of human movement and injury forward into the treatment and rehabilitation of this population. She uses kinesio-taping, acupuncture, manual soft tissue techniques, spinal and extremity adjusting techniques and therapeutic modalities such as cold laser therapy, compression, and orthotics in her practice.
As an adult, Dr. Becky is an avid runner and has completed two marathons. She is excited to continue to grow and challenge herself with this sport.
Dr. Becky is passionate about active living. She believes in the power of physical activity to promote health, energy, and well-being to maintain functional independence and disease resistance as we age.
Dr. Becky is a mother to a daughter and twin sons. She lives in Milton with her husband, children, and golden retriever, Eddie.
