INITIAL VISIT
For this initial visit, Health Centre of Milton recommends that you wear something comfortable that allows access to your injured areas because one of our physiotherapists will start working on your treatment right away.

Physiotherapy at the Health Centre of Milton is aimed to help you restore function and mobility after an injury or disease. Our registered physiotherapists use a hands-on, individualized, one-on-one manual approach to rehabilitating your injury or condition.
Using rehabilitation exercises and incorporating manual treatments into their approach, one of our physiotherapists will work with you through pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports therapy, or work- and age-related conditions. Although we provide sports physiotherapy we are not limited in our skills as a sports injury clinic and see a wide range of conditions.
To boost your rehabilitation, Health Centre of Milton also combines new and innovative modalities with your prescribed rehabilitation exercises. These modalities and services include the following:
