Reflexology Practitioner Valeria Mesa

Valeria is excited to begin working at the Health Centre of Milton as a reflexology practitioner. With over 7 years of experience in the massage industry, she has focused on providing specialized care to women, particularly in pregnancy over the past 2 years, including both prenatal and postnatal care. Valeria has completed over 50 hours of reflexology practice and offer a range of techniques. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Currently, Valeria is in her final year of Massage Therapy school and expect to become a registered massage therapist (RMT) by June next year.”
